Office Assistant

Provide administrative support to assist in overall program operations. Professional communication skills with problem solving and proactive work ethic. Coordinate meetings and appointments across multiple schedules. Must have proficient knowledge of MS Office Products (including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc). Maintain cordial and professional communication with clients’ families, other service providers and outside vendors. Maintain a sense of organization and stability, while managing and distributing information to the necessary individuals within and outside of the agency. Successfully operate as part of a team while successfully balancing short and long-term priorities. Ability to follow directions while also showing a sense of initiative and an ability to proactively look for ways to improve and strengthen the execution of job duties.

Qualifications:

Two years administrative/secretarial experience with proficiency in MS office systems including Excel. College degree preferred.

Labor Status: Hourly

Hours: Full-Time

Schedule: 7:00 am-3:00 pm & 8:00 am-4:00 pm ** This position alternates between the two schedules every 6 months.

Program: Cove Day and Residential/SLA
