Supervise and participate in all operations of residential programming, employing physical intervention as necessary. Promote health and safety standards while encouraging employee and client independence and skill development. Communicate information to supervisor regarding employee and client issues. Perform data collection, report writing, and analysis.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related human service field, extensive work toward degree, or comparable experience. Three years experience working with individuals who have behavior disorders and/or developmental disabilities.
One year supervisory or management experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
