Human Resources Generalist
Excellent opportunity to become part of the Human Resources team in a non-profit organization providing care to children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities.
Will perform a variety of duties with a particular emphasis on recruitment/retention of staff. The successful candidate will coordinate recruitment activities across the agency to include screening of candidates, utilization of social media, development of relationships with community agencies; implementation of recruitment software module, onboarding, participating in AA plan updates, conducting job fairs, etc.
Will also assist in employee relations activities such as corrective action, investigations, and counseling employees and supervisors; wage and salary administration, and leave of absence administration.

Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and several years of experience in Human Resources including recruitment, employee relations and wage and salary administration; knowledge of state and federal labor laws; strong verbal and written communications skills; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point; excellent organizational and analytical skills.Labor Status:
