The lead Clinician is responsible for monitoring and coordinating, the activities that support the clinical team in all aspects of development, implementation, and modification of treatment plans for HBTS; perform clinical reviews of intakes and PASS plans, and assist with case assignments. Perform the duties of Clinical Supervisor.Qualifications:
Must have a Master’s degree in psychology, special education or a related field (or comparable experience). Must possess certification as BCBA, LICSW, or LMHC.
Three to five years’ experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities and/or behavior disorders and their families.
Two years supervising and managing staff.
Extensive knowledge of learning and behavioral principles as well as early intervention strategies.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
