Supervise and perform quality control checks of work done by maintenance staff and contractors. Assess maintenance needs, develop a priority plan, and set timelines for completion of projects. Maintain licensing standards for meeting required codes.


High school diploma; advanced degree helpful. Five years in general maintenance work for facilities that provide educational, vocational, or residential services. Supervisory experience and strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of wiring, plumbing, concrete, insulation, construction, painting, and vehicle maintenance. Skills in organization,management and verbal and written communication.
