Program Integrity and Research Coordinator
Assist Vice President, Clinical Services and Training with monitoring of behavioral programing and Groden research projects including those in cooperation with other agencies. Monitor BSP implementation for accuracy in both the day and residential programs, providing training and support as needed. Review and report current research findings in the field to the Vice President, Clinical Services and Training. Monitor the implementation and fidelity of relaxation and Cognitive Picture Rehearsal (CPR) programs.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field. BCaBA certification preferred.
Knowledge of research procedures and protocols.
One year experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities and/or behavior disorders.
Experience with grant and publication writing.
Excellent computer and organizational skills.
Ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision and function effectively as part of a tam.
Ability to meet deadlines.
