RESIDENTIAL BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST

RESIDENTIAL BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST

Work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Plan and implement behavioral and skill area program plans within a daily schedule in a residential program. Employ physical intervention as necessary. Promote health and safety while encouraging skill development and independence. Data collection, report writing and analysis, upkeep and cleaning of household.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required in psychology,special education or other human services field. One-year experience preferred working with individuals who have behavior disorders or developmental delays. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive company vans.

Labor Status: hourly

Hours: 1st shift, 8a-3:30p, 2nd shift, 3:30p-11p or third shift,11p- 9a

Schedule: varied including some Saturdays and Sundays

Program: Groden Residences- RITE,Farnum, Rome ,Branch, Badger and Cowesett
