The Groden Network has always been a safe haven, a sanctuary where we can come together to share experiences, offer support, and celebrate our individuality. It is in these moments that our strength shines brightest, and I am grateful to be part of such an incredible community.

We have come a long way, and although setbacks may arise, we will not allow them to extinguish our progress. It is important that we stay resilient and continue advocating for our rights and the rights of others, both within and beyond our workplace. In times like these, community becomes even more vital. Reach out to your colleagues, lend a listening ear, and offer support where it is needed. Remember that each one of us has a unique voice and a story to tell, and through our collective efforts, we can create meaningful change at every level.
