We know that earning a paycheck is critical to our adult clients’ self esteem and connecting with the community. Our enterprises provide services to the community while allowing clients to learn skills while earning a paycheck.

The Groden Greenhouse

Located in the historical North Burial Ground in Providence, this once-abandoned greenhouse has flourished under the care of the Groden network, in partnership with the Providence Parks Department since 1995.

The Groden Greenhouse gives the individuals we serve the opportunity to sample and learn a wide range of creative and vocational skills, including arts, crafts, and digital photography. The overall experience is focused on learning greenhouse operations, including planting seeds, watering, crop transplantation, floral arrangement, flower delivery, and customer relations.

We are also proud to offer completely individualized horticulture training to ensure that every individual can learn, develop, and thrive. Learning to work independently is a source of pride for everyone at the greenhouse!

The Groden Greenhouse serves both retail and wholesale customers and is also open to the public. As a full-service greenhouse, our facility offers houseplants and floral arrangements throughout the year.

Warrior Wash

Warrior Wash provides high-quality exterior cleaning while offering adults with autism and developmental disabilities meaningful, hands-on employment experience that builds
skills, confidence, and independence.

Our Services Include:

Window Cleaning - Exterior window cleaning for storefronts and buildings, leaving glass clear, streak-free, and polished.

Fence Cleaning - Gentle washing to remove dirt, mold, and buildup from wooden, vinyl, or metal fences.

Gate Cleaning - Detail-oriented cleaning of entry and security gates to improve appearance and remove grime or rust stains.

Misc Cleaning - Light cleaning of outdoor fixtures, including signs, railings, benches, and exterior surfaces.
