The Groden Network offers SMS/text messaging services to communicate with: 

• Clients, families, guardians, and authorized contacts 
• Job applicants, candidates, and prospective employees 

These messages may include: 

• Appointment reminders and scheduling updates 
• Care coordination and program communication 
• Administrative alerts and service notifications 
• Recruiting and hiring-related communication (e.g., interview scheduling, application follow-up, onboarding coordination) 

Message frequency varies based on program participation or recruiting activity. All SMS messages will clearly identify The Groden Network as the sender. 

Consent / Opt-In 

Users opt in to receive SMS messages by providing their phone number through intake forms, website forms, employment applications, program enrollment, or other documented consent processes. By submitting their phone number, individuals consent to receive SMS communications from The Groden Network.
