Sunshine, support and a great day of golf!
There wasn't a cloud in the sky on Tuesday, September 3rd, when the field of 124 players took to the course at Wannamoisett Country Club. Celebrating its 44th year, the John Trimble Fund for Autism Golf Tournament is a long-standing Groden tradition; started by former Red Sox pitcher Joe Trimble Sr.
Thanks to the generosity of this year's players and sponsors, we can continue our mission of empowering neurodiverse individuals and their families by offering a wide range of high-quality services and programs.
The proceeds from this event will help us provide cutting-edge communication technology, vocational training that leads to meaningful employment, comprehensive educational curriculum, and enriching summer camps tailored for children with autism. These initiatives are more than just services; they are life-changing opportunities that promote independence, growth, and inclusion for neurodiverse individuals. Every dollar raised directly impacts our ability to expand these programs and provide support where it is most needed.
